Charged by credit card: in the event of a total lack of the goods the customer will be contacted and will not be refunded except for a specific customer request to order the same, to the producers/importers, depending on availability. In case of partial availability of the items ordered the customer will be contacted and against a full refund of the previous order, will making another order with the only goods available and make the payment of this.

If you pay by Paypal, and merchandise isn't available, the customer may ask for refunding, or request, if possible, to order merchandise to the producers/importers. In case of partial availability of the items ordered the customer will be contacted and will receive a refund of the goods not available

In case of advance payment by bank transfer/postal order, we recommend, before proceeding with payment, to verify the actual availability of the product in stock and timing of delivery by e-mail. SHIPPING
Shipments are made on Italian territory through Bartolini express courier and trought SDA for foreign shipments; the cost for each shipping depends on weight of the package.
In case of payment with cash on delivery + 4,00 € and the courier accepts cash only. From foreign country we accept advance payments only.
L’ Any invoice must be requested at the time of the order. The invoice is required for foreign shipments.
Some products are free of charge, and consequently items, that are ordered with them and added don't exceed the weight range to which the article belongs, TRAVEL FREE! In the case of return merchandise, shipping costs will be charged to the addressee.
The goods are compulsorily insured for overseas shipments and at the discretion of the customer in the Italian territory. If the customer doesn' t want the insurance must be aware of the risks.. The price of the insurance is variable, depends on the type of carrier and the value of the goods. Mingarelli S.a.s. don't assume any responsibility for uninsured merchandise. Any claim for broken or faulty goods must be reported within 7 days from delivery.. In case of splitting of’ order in multiple shipments will be charged to the customer all related expenses.
